Ryan Seacrest is Kelly Ripa’s new co-host on ‘Live’

Well, it has been officially announced this morning. Ryan Seacrest is Kelly Ripa’s new co-host. “Today, the next chapter of the ‘Live’ story is about to be written,” Ripa said.

Kelly thanked all the co-hosts whom have included Andy Cohen, Anderson Cooper, Jerry O’Connell, and Fred Savage.She is forever thankful and she said, “They are a part of the Live family forever”. The show went to commercial break to increase the viewers anticipation on who will be the next person to sit next to Kelly Ripa. When they came back from commerical break Kelly and Ryan walked out together and the audience went crazy. “So happy,” Seacrest said as he embraced Ripa before the audience. “So exciting.”

Ryan Seacrest has co-hosted along with Kelly give times as guest since Michael Strahan’s left one year ago. We all know Ryan from Fox’s American Idol. He is a busy guy when it comes to media. Seacrest also hosts New Year’s Rockin’ Eve after the death of Dick Clark in 2013. He hosts the red carpet speicals for NBCUniversal’s E! network as well and has his radio shows for iHeartMedia.
Seacrest will be moving to his home in Manhattan, he currently lives in LA. Do you think he will be a co-host?
